First or Main Floor
Unlike Gretchen's Indiana home, Kathryn maintains the most modern standards in her abode with large replicators (1).

The main floor bathroom has a sonic shower unit for guests, conviniently located next to the spare bedroom.

French doors open onto the rear deck which overlooks a large back yard.  Jake has a kennel towards the back of the yard beneath a line of trees.  The back yard is enclosed by a three meter high wooden fence to ensure privacy ... particularly when the couple are availing themselves of the hot tub. Tubes of light run along the railing to provide illumination at night.  The green around the hot tub are plants.

Janeway's one nod to her Traditionalist roots is the wood fireplace in the living room.  She and Seven snuggle up in front of it during the cooler San Francisco nights when the fog rolls in. There are various cabinets and book cases where Seven displays her artwork and Janeway has her collection of antique books.

This house is approximately 30' X 34' providing 720 square feet on the first floor and 674 on the upper floor for 1320 square feet of living space. (Note: Each grey lined square represents one square foot.)

The floors are all hardwood, except for the bedrooms which have carpet and the bathrooms which have tile.

The Upper Floor or Loft Area
1 The Bed.  Much larger than their bed on Voyager, Seven can lay lengthwise across it and not overhang the edge.
2 Equipment replicator for clothing and any other items that the couple might require such as towels, linens, soap, etc.
3 Whirlpool tub ... did you really think Janeway would have a house without one?
4 Sink counter with mirror.
5 Biological waste disposal unit.
6 The other half of the Hers-and-Hers sink counters for the ensuite.
7 Shower. Five shower heads, sonic capable. Top of the line.
8 Walk-in closet with shelves.
9 Work station with comm system.
10 Sofa for lounging. Good for eavesdropping on anyone who might be at the door.
Below is a very rough outside shape to the house to give an idea of the basic outline.
(I would hope that the actual exterior materials would look more attractive.)

In the 24th century, only Traditionalists would own hovercraft (private transport vehicles) in an attempt to limit 24th century technology such as transporters and shuttles. However, San Francisco, as a major city, has a very advanced mass transit system, utilizing air trams, shuttle pods and subteranean subway-type tubes. As a Starfleet captain, Janeway could possibly also request personal transport directly from her home in an emergency. The 'street' is used for manual transportation (bicycles, roller blades, hoverboards) and landing areas for the air trams and shuttle pods.
Jake's kennel contains automated temperature control as well as a Borg waste disposal unit (cutting down tremendously on any mess he might make in the yard). The entire yard is surrounded by a two meter high redwood fence, while trees and hedges provide a definite sense of privacy for our couple. Two gates, on either side of the house, provide access to the back yard. I also expect that when Gretchen stayed at the house, she planted flowerbeds at various places, perhaps to border the trees.
