Submitting a Story for the J/C Index
Different types of forms are available which are tailored to the different types of submissions we receive. Please choose the one which is most appropriate for your submission.

The old forms have been reactivated - finally! ;) Everything should work out the way it is supposed to be. Thank you all for your patience!
Note: The stories you submit won't be added automatically anymore. When you submit a story, the information is sent to me via email and I will update the What's new? page as soon as I have a decent amount of stories. This means it may take some time until your story appears on the index!

Form 1
An individual story, contained in a single file.

Form 2
An individual story, contained in multiple files.

Form 3
A series, consisting of several individual stories.

Form 4
Adding classifications to a story already listed on the J/C Index

Form 5
Adding or removing a J/C Writer's Homepage to the List of J/C Writers' Pages

Form 6
Changing/removing information (e-mail address, story links, etc.)
