These are not the traditional reviews of the show. The only thing I'm looking for is romantic sub-text between our captain and our favorite Borg. Since Seven didn't show up until season four, that's where the reviews begin. Now I fully admit that I'm reaching in most episodes, but that shouldn't hinder anyone's enjoyment in looking on their own. This is all a matter of perception, of course, but I do find it odd that in certain shows, some of this 'perception' is more blatant than others. The episodes with heavy subtext are bolded so that they can be picked out first. Readers, please feel free to send along the subtext you spotted that I may have missed. I'll add it to the reviews. |
